I have not even recieved as much as an apology from them, every support ticket I put in took over 48 hours for them to respond and in the end I have been pretty much told that the server is back so build your site again.
I plan to write some bad reviews for them as soon as I have time.
Utter, utter bastard company to deal with, they really don't give a fuck about you, the support departments take forever to respond and frankly I am appaled at the way they have dealt with this whole issue, I'll be glad to see the back of them.

Slams: ∞ | Nah it wasnt the site, it was the shared server that got hacked, rr and dbf happened to be on the server that got attacked, we wernt the only ones to lose our site, everyone on the shared host did.

Slams: 2115 | I won't give up on it, it will be coming back but sadly it will be impossible to recover the post attachments there by the look of things.
I can however restore thememberlist and all the posts, I'll work on a new portal for it too because I want to plug the database into anewer version of SMF which contains some nice new features.
On apositivenote, thisnew host seems very very quick so enjoy it guys!
